Yes! Our core product line is naturally gluten-free. Most of our roasted flavors are 100% plant-based and vegan-friendly. However, we highly recommend checking the specific ingredient list on the back of the pack for individual flavor allergen information (such as dairy derivatives in cheesy or buttery flavors).

To maintain that signature Pufferfly crunch, store your opened pack in a cool, dry place inside an airtight container. Keep them away from direct moisture and sunlight. If they lose their crunch due to humidity, simply dry-roast them in a pan for 30 seconds, and they will be perfectly crispy again!

We process all orders within 24 to 48 hours. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days for major metro cities and 5 to 7 business days for the rest of India, depending on your location.

Because we look to ship orders as quickly as possible, cancellations or modifications are only accepted within 2 hours of placing the order. Yes, we offer Free Shipping across India on all orders above ₹699. For orders below this value, a nominal shipping fee is calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

We take immense care in packaging our snacks safely. However, if your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or missing items, please take a clear photograph or unboxing video and email it to us at pufferflysnacks@gmail.com  within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
