Because Pufferfly deals in perishable food products and snacks, we maintain strict quality control and food safety protocols.

Returns

  • Food Products: To maintain absolute hygiene and safety for all our customers, we do not accept returns on food products once they have been delivered.
  • Incorrect or Defective Deliveries: We will gladly issue a replacement or full refund if the item you received is expired, structurally damaged, or if you received the incorrect flavor/product.

How to Initiate a Claim

If your order meets the criteria above for a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package via email at pufferflysnacks@gmail.com.
  2. Provide your Order Number along with a clear photograph or a short unboxing video showing the damaged or incorrect item.
  3. Our quality control team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

Refunds

Once approved, a refund will automatically be initiated back to your original mode of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet). Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing cycles.
